The HRNC staff and Board of Directors seek to engage in dialogue and actions which seek to address racial discrimination and prejudice in our communities and institutions. We encourage you to read the following public announcement and work together to dismantle the inequities that are unfortunately still prevalent today.

Furthermore, as is noted in our public announcement:

"We must first look within and dismantle internal biases that exist and then we must turn our focus outwards to the people around us and engage in the championing of causes that promote anti-racist practices. We must recognize that we are all a part of the solution and we can all do our part to end racism wherever it present itself."
